REFERRAL AGREEMENT

To Whom It May Concern:             

I agree to pay  RE/MAX 1st Choice - Underwood Group, LLC, 30% of my office’s commission (listing or selling side) on any referrals given by Denise H. Underwood (Broker) or William C. Underwood. I agree to send a Settlement Statement with each check within 2 days of each closing. I agree to fax or e-mail a notice that a referee has executed a contract within 24 hours of receiving an executed copy of a contract on each referral.
